About me:

I want to tell you a little bit about my background and the kind of person I am. I have lived in LA since 1994–just in time for the 6.8 earthquake.  I am 100% Greek and learned very early in my parents’ restaurant how to service customers the proper way.  I’ve also had years of experience as a stand-up comedian.   All of these elements cater to growing relationships with my clients, all of which I hope will last for many years to come.

I started my real estate career on the West Side, and I have to say, I was very successful in that part of town.  But one day, through one of my clients, I learned about loft living and decided to do a little investigation.  My first introduction into the world of loft living was through a tour of the Toy Factory Lofts.  I was immediately hooked and purchased one the same day.  The excitement of loft living has turned my focus into the loft market.

My enthusiasm is reinforced daily when I drive through the downtown streets, noticing all the wonderful architecture, new construction, restaurants, art, history and the great potential downtown LA has to offer.

My approach is to bond with my clients and to answer any questions or find the answers, lay things out for people, be objective, and even play devil’s advocate. The pros-and-cons list cannot be over-used in my opinion when looking for a home. In fact, it is in every home owner’s or home buyer’s best interest to meet with at least two realtors before moving forward in the sale of their home. Working as a team is my ultimate goal.My knowledge in the loft market is from personal experience. When you choose me to sell or buy a loft, you are choosing experience. I get a jump-start on loft listings before they hit the market and enjoy educating my clients of the nuances and details of the ever-changing landscape of downtown and all the new construction.

If I am fortunate enough to sell your loft, I believe marketing is a very strong tool, pricing the property correctly and also educating my potential seller and the current market conditions. I have perfected these skills over the years and this always positions my clients for a quick sale for the highest price.
